Sale and Purchase
All products shown on this website represent the intended products but may differ in model, physical character, including color, shape, and function. Sales are final unless otherwise arranged with exception to manufacturer’s warranty. Any exchanges or returns must have a return merchandise authorization from M2-Motoring with proof of purchase including receipt, original package, unused, and not tampered in any way or form.
M2-Motoring reserves the right to amend, change, and adjust prices without notice. M2-Motoring also reserves the right to refuse sales at it’s own discretion. No warranty is applied to any sale unless otherwise mentioned. All products must be installed by a professional and M2-Motoring does not encourage self installation. Any injury, damage, and even death occurring from product purchased is solely the responsibility of the buyer and can not hold M2-Motoring liable. Product that has not been properly installed by a qualified mechanic experienced in the installation and removal of automotive parts, or any product which has been misused voids any warranty, return or exchange. Warranty does not apply to any product that has been modified, altered or subjected to abuse, negligence, accidents or collision; Improperly installed or installed in any vehicle which has been modified; Installed on any vehicle which has carried loads in excess of automobile manufacturer suggested weight limits; Installed on any vehicle which has been used for any type of racing activities or off-road use.
